ABOUT CASCADE FRUIT GROWERS
Berries from a Family Farm in the
Heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Home to rich soils and a temperate climate, Oregon’s Willamette Valley is one of America’s most bountiful agricultural regions. Oregon produced over 150 million pounds of blueberries in 2021, making it the nation’s second most prolific blueberry producer.
Good soil and climactic conditions are important for growing good blueberries. But so is experience. A commitment to the land. And a commitment to sustainable growing practices.
The family farm was founded by Otto Sinn in 1958. His son Thomas continued the enterprise in 1981. In 1989, Cascade was among the first farmers in Oregon to commercially cultivate blueberries. Today, the company’s offering has expanded to include blackberries and kiwi berries, and includes end-to-end cold chain management. Our farms continue to offer hand picked fruit, giving our wholesale and retail customers better quality end product with longer shelf life.

Though Cascade has grown leaps and bounds in the over 60 years since it was established, it’s still firmly in the Sinn family, now in its 3rd generation.
